Mix yeast,sugar,hot milk,curd,soda powder and baking powder ,stir them well and keep it aside.
Mix butter,salt and egg in maida flour.
To this add fermented yeast and some milk , mix gently so as to make it in shape of a ball(dough).
Keep this aside for minimum 4 hours.The dough will be doubled in this time.
Again make small balls out of this dough and spread butter in it.
Flatten this balls like chapathies, These spreads can be cut with knife.
Fry both sides of these spreads in an non stick pan
Butter nan is ready to served , it goes nice with any type of curries.
